Color and more color! This is the collection of Dominican designer Oscar de la Renta presented on Wednesday as part of Fashion Week in New York.

The designer suggested vibrant colors for next fall, contrary to the trends presented during the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week, which reigned in black and gray.

Magenta, orange pumpkin, emerald green and blue lapis lazuli, among others, formed the color palette Renta.

De la Renta, who for the third consecutive year as a gateway selected a former church on Park Avenue, designed for women is chic and cosmopolitan, often both go on a hike down the Champs Elysees in Paris as Madison Avenue in Manhattan.

Skins of otter, raccoon and chinchilla, and fabrics like silk, chiffon, taffeta, tweed and wool, used to make dresses of impeccable cuts and seams.

The patterns and embroidery designs highlighted the Oscar, but not too extravagant and create an atmosphere.

The woman will be protected from the cold with loose overcoats, bound by ties that arise from the same court and made the same tissue. The other option is to wear no coats combined but only two colors in fabric with leather details.

The long dresses for evening, some Hollywood actresses do not hesitate to take for the next installment of the Oscars, wore gateway into different trends from the tail and finished with ruffles, puff up or combined with the sacred stole.

The Oterra hotel in the city of Bangalore, India, is home to the second edition of its fashion week. In this event, which takes place from 28 to 30 January, involved 26 designers, among locals and foreigners.

Bangalore Fashion Week has been created, most with the intention of showing what we as local fashion show offers a traditional theme-which many still adhere to the inhabitants of that country, which limit tended to show that come from Western countries although these are not discarded. Many of his resort to an impressive parade and serve as a stage theatrics to showcasing famous Bollywood actresses and actors, as he is known to the burgeoning film industry of India.

During these days will hear new creations of well-known designers in the country as Swapnil Shinde, Amita Sharma, Sharad Raghav, Claudia Antonini and Preeti Chandra, among many others.

Several of these creative combine the classic elements of traditional garments modernist touches.

Spectacular and design

The first day of parades highlighted the Gothic-inspired collection of Swapnil Shinde. He introduced western dress night with the fluidity and cuts characteristic of Indian saris. “I had to make wearable clothes,” said the tailor, “I do not do things too extreme or too mad. The actress Mugdha Godse walked for him.

I see these days on television several images on the catwalk of fashion in Paris. It involves big names in fashion, how could it be otherwise: Dior, Gaultier, Louis Vuitton, Lagerfeld, Chanel, Nina Ricci, and so on as Paris fashion designer (naturally not intend to make an exhaustive list). It’s pure creativity. Is it?

The truth is that when I see these images, I wonder if what we are in the news is truly representative of what is displayed there, or if the format limitations, they teach us more groundbreaking designs. In any case, if one looks a bit on the Internet, we see that it is somehow representative of the “big” creativity of the Paris fashion designer.

However, many of the designs is hard to imagine anyone in real life luciéndolos. Who would take a car wheel in your head? Honestly, sometimes looks like a big joke.

Add first of all that there are honorable exceptions, and are designs that can be dramatic or a little more sober, but in any case, “wearable” (perhaps other designers of the eligible low-risk).

A possible explanation for this apparent pantomime would be the need by the designers to offer something groundbreaking, different, differentiate them from others.

I remember the presentation at the Pasarela Cibeles designer David Delfin, whose models paraded in burqas and ropes around their necks (coinciding with the war in Afghanistan against the Taliban regime), caused a stir, and even today, seven years later, remains in my mind, which, if this was the desired effect, no objection.

However, in terms of designer clothing, no idea, I do not agree at all.

So what are designers dealing with these staged “transgressive”? To be remembered, to stand out from others? I think it is all a bit unruly in a spiral of “creativity” in which things are becoming more extravagant.

Models with painted faces of the most bizarre, not to mention hair, dressed robot, with a mask on his face, showing your ass, or with a wheel on his head, no longer know what to invent.

Now I propose an idea, sure to share many, if they have a parade that stand out from others and to be remembered, why not pick up models with a little more weight?

Some will argue that their clothes fit better to the models whose body mass index is low at least, that is, girls of 1.75 or 1.80 and just over 50 kilos. I simply suggest, the designer who is brave dares to girls of similar height, if you will, but with ten or fifteen kilos more? (thin girls would remain at the end of the day).

From my point of view, it would be a good way to differentiate yourself, and socially responsible. I think the first major designer to take this initiative would be very well seen. But they know, that’s why they are creative.
